Your responsibilities


  • Service performance management framework – The manager should be in a position to create a service management framework and design it to the needs of FLS and third party.


  • SLAs and KPIs framework, i.e. good practice SLAs, targets – They should be in a position to create, maintain and report out these on a regular basis by working along with the third party


  • SLAs reporting tools and methodology – Improvise and implement these methodologies within FLS and bring in world class practices


  • Service review meetings – Create a framework, agree with third-party, run the meetings and follow-up till end on the governance


What you bring


  • Education – Masters in any field


  • Prior experience – Minimum of 10 years in designing, running Service management framework with customers


  • Preferably from BPO industry and flexibility to work across shifts


  • Ability to work in a global environment


  • Experience in MNCs, multi-cultural environment is a MUST


  • Good communication skills and inter-personal skills
