Service Engineer

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Provide service on Homogenizer / HPP
• customer support during field visits or creating offers, focus on Receivable's.
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, , maintenance and test tasks for Homogenizer
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to cooperate with and support customers
• Basic knowledge on SAP
