About the role


This role will resolve moderately complex inquiries, collects and analyzes customer data to determine customer trends, and makes recommendations for the update of procedures to improve Customer Service processes. Escalates complex issues to management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Calls Management & follow-ups for Closure to ensure TAT adherence.


  • On time Revert to customers on mails and ensure mails does not gets escalated to higher level


  • Dealer Management


  • National account customer management – Regular meetings, take feed back and corrective action for Improvement.


  • Building & maintaining the RAPPO healthy business relations, thereby ensuring the maximum customer satisfaction.


  • EFSR Tracking and ensuring 100% closure on Mobile App by channel partners.


  • PM Service Management – Ensuring 100% Reports for all National account customers through Mobile App / online Channel management portal.


  • Retrofit business management.


  • Spare parts management – Indent to closure of calls in field


  • CCN Support to Dealers – Training on Call allocation, Spare parts indent, Call closure etc.,


  • Voice of customer Feedback & follow-ups


  • Preparation of Quotation, submission, follow up with customer & dealer.


  • Billing /Payment follow up with NA Team & Customer and timely feedback to channels on their bills status.


  • Min 4-5 years experience in National accounts
