Job Description

Job Roles and responsibilities:Project Planning

Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Solid technical background, with understanding onMandatory Skills : web developments / Automations /JIRA Or Azure devops knowledgePreferred Skills : Low code platforms/ mobile developments/Stakeholder Management:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.

Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers/Vendors

Escalation Management as per contractual agreement

Service Contract finalization and sign off from the customersTeam Coordination:

Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

Prepare career development plan and track actions to improve the productivity of team

Prepare and execute competency plan to prepare team for improved operational, technical and delivery capabilities

Facilitate team collaboration and communication.·       Team enablement to work on current  and future work with right competency strategy and execution·       Capacity management and effective utilization of associates based on the skills and projectsRisk and Issue Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans and closure of measures

Monitor project progress with respect to Quality ,Cost and delivery and address risks and issues and track to closure, If needed ensure change management process for scope and cost creepsQuality Control:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards as per contractual commitment

Plan, design, and implement the quality metrics depending on type of project

Prepare, face and act for internal and external audits toward corrective and preventive actions

Implement continuous improvements through education and methodologies towards asset creation, team capability building and service quality

Bring in software development lifecycle practices to improve the quality of the team

B.E



Additional Information

B.E or Equivalent degreeMinimum 13 years of experience (7+ min experience in SDLC Projects .Handled min 2-3 projects in region or global scale)Good communication skillsCertified Scrum Master
