Job Description

What success looks like in this role:


  • You will lead a span of up to 10-15 associates (direct or matrixed), taking responsibility for all aspects of their training, development, performance, and career path.
  • Inspire the team that provides 24x7 support coverage for our global clients.
  • Consistently delivers high-value, "client-ready" work with minimal supervision. Experience in working collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding IT support environment.
  • Able to adapt to changing business needs and can design the process and execute accordingly. Follow prescribed processes or methodologies to ensure consistent timely resolution of events, incidents, and problems.

Technical and Professional Expertise:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/relevant.
  • The candidate should have an average of 10-12 years of experience in services.
  • Basic understanding of software/Database concepts/application / operating system and mainframe servers.
  • Experience in people management, handling meetings & shift in charge.
  • Skills to communicate fluently and effectively with users and colleagues across the globe. Working exposure to Incident & problem management (ITIL).
  • Ensure delivery of Operations functions and services are performed to the agreed SLA.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and managing many applications/products at same time.

You will be successful in this role if you have:


Proven experience (5+ years) in service delivery management, preferably in a client-facing role.
2-4 years’ leadership experience


Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
