You will be successful in this role if you have:
Proven experience (5+ years) in service delivery management, preferably in a client-facing role.
2-4 years’ leadership experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
