Position Summary:



The SDM is entirely customer-facing, overseeing various functions to facilitate the delivery of superior services to end-users.
Key responsibilities include maintaining service delivery and support processes, ensuring consistent high-quality client service, and identifying customer needs.
SDMs work both administratively and technically, making them well-suited for individuals with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
 


Service Management:
Monitor and manage desktop support, IT service desk, and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service.
Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities where necessary.
Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication for post-incident reviews.
Relationship Building:
Maintain excellent relationships with end-users and stakeholders to identify customer issues and needs.
Budget Management:
Manage budgets related to service delivery.
KPI Tracking:
Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery.
Project Leadership:
Lead project teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Reliability Enhancement:
Rectify reliability issues to improve service delivery.
Process Optimization:
Implement systems, procedures, and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery.
