Job Description
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of development, configuration, upgrades, implementation, and integration • Experience in building solution on ServiceNow platform. • Experience in building Service catalog: Catalog items, Order Guide and Record producer. • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow UI Pages, UI Macros, Server Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, User Criteria, Security Rules, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, Notification, Events. • Scripting experience: Java script, Power shell, Perl, Python (good to have) • Web service proficiency: REST and SOAP API as well as XML/JSON knowledge with hands on experience. • Experience in building Business process workflows (Approvals/Fulfillment) by using ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer. • Experience in Request fulfillment automations using third party automation tools (e.g. BMC TSSA, Ansible, Beatbox, GCP, AWS etc.) • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of Integration Hub spokes (e.g. MS AD, Exchange, Infoblox etc.) • Knows the MID Server usage, setup, and configuration. • Should have worked on the development of at least one of the ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/GRC). • Knowledge of relational databases: MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle is beneficial. • Knowledge of transform maps, transform scripts, Staging table, and Integration Hub ETL. • Should be able to work independently and in agile manner. • Should have good communication skill. • Should be quick learner. • ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer and Implementation Specialist Certifications preferred.
