OVERVIEW
Kantar is hiring for a hard-working analyst to support the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) area. This role reports to the Service Architecture & Portfolio Director within the ITSM Team, with a very close alignment to the SACM SME lead role. This role will focus on continuous improvement and adoption of the IT Asset & Configuration Management policies, processes, tooling, as well as detailed management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including responsible for administering and completing the configuration management process and ensuring CMDB data integrity.
