Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certifications, Project Management certifications) are a plus.Experience:7+ years of experience in HVAC service management, account management, or technical support within the manufacturing or automation industry.Strong background in managing service contracts, customer relationships, and technical troubleshooting.Familiarity with HVAC systems, automation technologies, and service solutions in a manufacturing environment.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and automation technologies.Proficient in the use of service management software and CRM systems.Understanding of service contract terms, SLAs, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
