●Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
●Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
●Audit and optimize website structure, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking for better search visibility.
●Ensure mobile responsiveness, page speed, and user experience meet SEO standards.
●Collaborate with Content Writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and guides.
●Identify content gaps and develop strategies to address them.
●Develop and execute an ethical backlink strategy to improve domain authority.
●Monitor and manage external link-building efforts, including outreach campaigns.
●Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
●Provide actionable insights to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
●Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Writers, and Web Developers to ensure alignment between SEO and overall marketing goals.
●Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
●3–5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
●Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics).
●Expertise in technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and keyword research.
●Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
●Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
