Job DescriptionWho we're looking for

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Technical SEO Manager to join our ambitious global SEO team. You will focus on optimizing our websites for flawless performance, search engine crawling, indexing, and user experience. You will work closely with developers, content creators, and our internal SEO team to enhance site visibility, improve ranking potential, and drive organic traffic.


What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement world-class technical SEO strategies that align with overall business goals.


  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable insights for improvement.


  • Ensure effective crawling and indexing by optimizing site structure, URL architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.


  • Collaborate with the development team to improve Core Web Vitals, including page load times, interactivity, and visual stability.


  • Ensure sites are mobile-friendly and meet Google’s mobile-first indexing standards.


  • Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues, working closely with developers to implement solutions.


  • Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports and recommendations.


What you bring to the role
  • Proven track record of optimizing websites for improved search engine performance.


  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of web development practices.


  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Content King, and others.


  • Demonstrated experience in improving Core Web Vitals and page speed.


  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical SEO issues proactively.


  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.


  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Familiar with current SEO trends, algorithm changes, and standard methodologies.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


  • 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of optimizing websites for improved search engine performance.


  • Willingness to work on a night shift work schedule - 06:00PM to 02:00AM (IST)



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager.


  • Knowledge of server-side factors that influence SEO, such as server response codes and CDN setup.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
