About this role
As a Senior Workforce Administration Representative, you will act as the first contact for workforce administration inquiries (through phone, chat, or e-Request) across various disciplines. you are empowered to support and perform transactional activities required to enable HR business processes and drive a best-in-class Employee Experience. you act as a resource for less experienced staff.
In this role, you will develop full proficiency in a range of technical processes and procedures through job-related training and on-the-job experience. You will need to be able to apply knowledge of technical processes and procedures to perform a range of work assignments. You need to understand how multiple teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve objectives and be able to explain complex technical information to members of your own team and other teams.
It is your responsibility to provide solutions to operational or analytical problems using established procedures and practices. You will serve as informal resource on analytical, scientific method, or operational processes for less experienced team members. Your performance impacts the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of your own work and your team’s work. You will receive supervision on new complex assignments.
Responsibilities – Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role


  • Acts as primary point-of-contact for workforce administration inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders
  • Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through completion
  • Tracks progress, and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries
  • Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience
  • Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence, chat and e-Request queries, etc.)
  • Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume)
  • Supports the implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions in assigned discipline(s) to deliver a best in class employee experience
  • Supports program development related to their area(s) of expertise to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers
  • Engages with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in assigned discipline(s)
  • Addresses escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable, with support from more senior team members


Qualifications, Skills & Competencies


  • Bachelors/Post Graduation - Any specialization
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience in Human Resources is must
  • Knowledge of Workday, Service Now, SAP are preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Additional Notes:


  • Relocation is not available for this position.
  • The ability to accommodate flexible schedule aligned with international time Zone is essential.
