Who we are looking for
Tired of the agency rat race? If so, join a team of former agency and studio creatives who went client-side and built a thriving in-house studio at one of the world’s most venerable financial brands. From brand and creative strategy to identity, campaigns, events, environments and digital — we do it all.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer (AVP) with a strong background in agency and campaign experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in accelerating and supporting new campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across brand systems and advertising channels. This role requires expertise in campaign workflows, vendor collaboration, and the ability to direct voiceover artists while developing compelling motion video storyboards.
As part of State Street’s Creative Services team, you will collaborate with in-house designers, producers and our Internal Communications team to develop compelling creative concepts, visual communications and campaigns that entice, inform and excite our 40,000+ employees globally.
You’ll bring a clear passion for design, a curious mind and an eye for the little things to the in-house studio within State Street’s Global Marketing division.
You will report to the Head of Creative Services in State Street’s Global Marketing organization (Hyderabad). We prefer and encourage our teams to work four days a week from office, and one day from home.
Why this role is important to us
At State Street, our purpose is to help create better outcomes for the world’s investors and the people they serve. Every one of us — in our own way — can help make that purpose a reality. As a leading creative voice, you’ll join a team that is challenging conventions, shaping the future of investing and making a difference for our clients, our communities and each other.
If you are looking to make your mark in a vital and dynamic industry — and work with people who are creating the future of State Street — join us!
