Senior Vice President – Placements
We will count on you to:
Responsible for maintaining and expanding a large book of business containing complex clients
Directs and implements the strategy for managed accounts, leveraging an in-depth understanding of market needs and expectations, trends and internal product/service offerings.
Keeps current on account issues, industry and market trends and develops a growth strategy for their clients.Works to ensure appropriate solutions are proposed to carriers to assist them with their business objectives
Offers advice and makes informed recommendations leveraging data and a comprehensive review of carrier needs
Works to ensure strategy is appropriate for the carriers and assists with driving implementations. Upholds business and compliance standards when representing the firm while offering customized solutions and completing proposal work.
Develops the project plan for the overall client work and monitors progress ensuring timeframes are effectively planned and high-quality products or solutions successfully delivered.
Responsible for maintaining and preserving relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met, addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing and preserve credibility.
