We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing development of our LIFT ROI product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for our software products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to translate user requirements into interactive and intuitive designs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Work with UX designers to integrate user research and usability testing insights into the UI design process.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines, best practices, and standards for the LIFT ROI product.
• Present design ideas and deliverables to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our product’s user experience.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, including prototypes and user flows.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen interest in keeping up with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.
