Location: Hyderabad
Contract: 12 months (renewable)
Working Hours: Adaptability to CET working hours
Leave Policy: 1.67 days/month, not carried forward; follow the holiday calendar of the client's respective geography
Are you an experienced Transition Manager with a knack for managing complex process transitions across various functions like Finance and HR? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Transition Management:
- Oversee the execution of process transitions across different geographies, ensuring readiness in terms of people, infrastructure, technology, and operations.
- Manage governance and handle escalations effectively.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand transition requirements and objectives.
- Identify dependencies such as recruitment, IT setup, and user access.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transition activities.
- Transition Plan Execution:
- Implement the transition plan as outlined by the functional transition manager or transition tower lead.
- Ensure the use of standard transition methodology and completion of key deliverables.
- Monitoring and Governance:
- Monitor the completion of each transition deliverable.
- Conduct regular governance meetings with stakeholders across geographies.
- Alignment and Adaptation:
- Align regional/country transitions with the overall transition roadmap to achieve cross-functional synergies.
- Adapt the detailed transition plan to changing environments.
