We are currently seeking a Senior Technician – Quality Control who will be responsible for routine testing and release of raw materials, in-process and finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Routine testing and release of raw materials, in-process and finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Compiles data for documentation of test procedures and prepares reports and participates and performs investigation with respect to QC testing performed. Write or revise standard quality control operating procedures.
  • Performs and Oversees calibration and maintenance of lab equipment ensuring that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
  • Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays.

The required qualifications for the job include:


Educational Requirements:


B.Sc – Any Life Science/Biotechnology/Biochemistry, BE/BTech Biotechnology with 3+ years or M.Sc – Any Life Science/Biotechnology/Biochemistry with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.


Experience:


Bachelor’s degree with 3+ or Master’s with 2+ years of related experience.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • Experience in Quality control or Quality Assurance.
  • Experience in handling of flow cytometer, knowledge on CD markers and conjugates, UV-Spectrophotometer and Microplate reader will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (verbal/written/presentation/relationship building) with ability to work collaboratively.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
