Job Description
- Lead and facilitate training sessions of various types including classroom based and remote learning.
- Embracing the team’s strategy by supporting our vision for delivery excellence.
- Adding value to existing technical learning content by offering innovative delivery solutions.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs using various types of formal and informal techniques.
- Communicating your ideas clearly and with confidence through the delivery team and wider technical training department.
- Liaising directly with internal clients and senior team members.
The candidate will be a key member of the global technical training team operating in a pivotal role to deliver strategic and tactical requirements. The team operates globally and most importantly collaboratively.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of Fund Administration experience or/and
3-5 years of training experience
- A strong ability to collaborate with people and have a passion for the job
- Ability to create impactful learning experiences from start to completion
- Proficiency in delivery of learning
- The ideal candidate will be a great team player, with the ability to work in a deadline orientated environment
- Interest and willingness to travel at times, including occasional global travel
Additional Information
Experienced with strong technical knowledge
- Continue to build subject matter expertise in new or increasingly complex topics by regularly devoting time to learning, and then using that knowledge to improve and innovate.
- Current expertise in determining the appropriate learning vehicles and delivery channels to achieve desired performance (instructor-led courses, eLearning, blended, informal resources, or other performance improvement interventions).
- Desirable but not essential to have a working knowledge of learning theory and delivery processes
Collaboration, Relationship Skills, and Results Focused
- Aligning program and project delivery with business priorities.
- Maintain strong relationships and dialogue with key stakeholders to continuously assess the priorities.
