We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong emphasis on software engineering, particularly in VoIP and web technologies. Key aspects of this role include contributing to the strategic vision and product roadmap, defining and designing product features, and managing an engineering team.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Senior Technical Product Manager's role is to drive the strategic vision and product roadmap, working closely with engineering and user experience teams to ensure the successful development and optimization of product features. The role involves assessing product performance, conducting market research, identifying potential improvements, and creating user documentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic vision and product roadmap.
• Define and design product features.
• Contribute to the development of customer collateral for go-to-market activities.
• Ensure features are developed correctly and are user-friendly.
• Identify improvement opportunities for user experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop user guides and tutorials.
• Create detailed feature specifications.
• Manage an engineering team.
• Work in Agile teams and understand Scrum methodology.
