Role & responsibilities:
• Lead and manage teams, individuals, and technical projects related to D365 Commerce and AX 2012 Retail implementations.
• Oversee and drive the implementation of D365 Commerce across the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Lead retail/e-commerce and e-commerce solution design and integration, focusing on ERP systems and the value flow within them.
• Provide hands-on technical support, ensuring the correct configuration and troubleshooting of Point of Sale (POS) systems, including printers, scanners, customer displays, and hardware stations.
• Implement and manage MPOS (Mobile Point of Sale) and CPOS (Cloud Point of Sale) fixes and code push operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that the technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Ensure high standards of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Provide leadership in managing technical challenges, offering innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in implementing and managing Dynamics AX Retail and D365 F&O with 5+ years of expertise specifically in D365 F&O Commerce.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing technical projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of retail e-commerce solutions.
• Must have performed at least three full lifecycle implementations of D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Retail/Commerce and e-Commerce industries, with an understanding of the integration of retail systems with ERP platforms.
• Expertise in the configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of POS systems, including hardware setups like printers, scanners, and customer displays.
• Experience in pushing code / fixes to MPOS and CPOS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in retail/commerce technology environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams
