Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
·        Drive & Implement Process Quality checks in Supplier Master data based on the minimum requirements and other process exceptions with complete documentations.


·        Drive & Implement process Quality check to verify if the request for Bank data (Bank Account, Bank Key, IBAN, payment method, etc,.) is carried out based on the valid documentation.


·        Detection and reporting of errors to the responsible User and initiation of corrective actions and tracking it until closed. (PDCA)


·        Bring Transparency and MIS for management


·        Responsible for over all quality improvement in process in Operations


  • Lead a team and support the design, development, and execution of IT and process-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.


  • Collaborate with cross-location and cross-functional teams to refine and implement processes using a variety of methodologies (e.g., classic, agile, hybrid). Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.


  • Guide the team in defining and optimizing future master data processes for both legacy SAP R3 systems and the new SAP S4 landscape.


  • Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of master data-related IT projects, ensuring scalability and compliance with organizational standards.


  • Structure and manage data migration initiatives, ensuring accurate and efficient data cleansing and validation processes. Implement best practices to maintain high-quality master data


  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate collaboration between technology and business teams to achieve project goals.


Act as an expert in the respective area and interact with the Master Data network within the organization.
 



Qualifications

Educational qualification:


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a Qualified or semi-qualified CA or CMA.


Experience :


  • Minimum 10 – 15 years proven experience leading IT projects, with a focus on master data management, system integration, and process improvement and Quality management.


  • Strong expertise and experience working with Quality improvement and initiatives. 


  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems (R3 and S4) and managing master data processes within these platforms.


  • Familiarity with data migration tools and Quality methodologies


  • Strong understanding of master data governance frameworks and data quality management.


Mandatory/requires Skills :


  • Language: English fluent, German is a plus.


  • Develop simple dashboards on PBI, Tablau,
