As the Senior Talent Specialist within Avertra your job is not just to find and place candidates; but rather it is an exciting venture on building good relationships with candidates and future candidates. This position requires someone with good attention to detail and strong administrative skills who is looking for a position that allows them to utilize their technology skills, negotiation skills, and superior people-person skills. Will be responsible for full- cycle sourcing, recruiting and hiring of technical talent. In this role, you will have

the opportunity to develop numerous relationships with executives and hiring leaders and gain in-depth knowledge of our client base.





Main Job Responsibilities:


Strategic Advisory:

  •  Advise managers and executives on strategic staffing policies and procedures.
  •  Provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.


Strategic Recruitment:

  •  Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for the positions.
  •  Oversee the development of compelling job advertisements tailored to attract top-tier talent.


Executive Relationship Building:

  • Foster strong relationships with executives and hiring leaders to understand their unique talent needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.



 Talent Acquisition Expertise:

  • Conduct comprehensive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for senior-level positions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier talent.


Interview Coordination and Feedback:

  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews for various positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Document and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers for continuous improvement.


3. Strategic Talent Placement:

  • Match organizational needs with top-tier senior-level talent.
  • Conduct in-depth research based on position requirements and interact with employers and prospective candidates.



Candidate Engagement and Communication:

  • Provide detailed overviews to prospective employees regarding job responsibilities and organizational opportunities.
  • Utilize effective communication methods to engage with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.


Comprehensive Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the database.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.


Industry Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Provide strategic insights on industry developments and their impact on talent acquisition.
