Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technology talent to support our company's growth and innovation goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technology staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.


  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technology roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.


  • Utilize a variety of self-sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation.


  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.


  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology recruitment.


  • Recruitment related projects as assigned, i.e. Early Career Program, Recruitment Drive, Hackathon, etc.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree.


  • Min. 8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the technology sector in multinational company.


  • Solid self-sourcing experiences and track record to manage high volume recruitment.


  • Strong understanding of technology roles and the skills required for success in these positions.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.


  • Proficiency in using Workday, Linkedin and other recruitment tools.


  • Independent, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
