Overview
The Employee Digital Experience team is looking for a Virtual Desktop Engineering Systems Support Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward, by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset
You will be a member of the Virtual Workspace Services Team within Employee Digital Experience under the O.N.E organization. The Virtual Workspace Services Team is responsible for engineering, delivering, and supporting all global EUC Virtual Workspaces platforms and services across the firm including any Mergers & Acquisition environments.
As a Systems Support Engineer within Virtual Workspace Services team, you will assist with Operational & Engineering activities including build, test, automation, enabling our consumers of the service with latest technologies providing an optimal Secure user experience. Implement and Support solutions to meet or exceed user experience expectations and transform the way we work in the future striving to an Enhanced Next Generation Digital Workspace.
Role
• Work with the wider team with end-to-end solutions to assist with many different businesses’ requirements planning, installation, configuration, optimization, and support for innovative technical solutions focused on a highly Secure Core EUC / Desktop Virtualization technologies.
• Work to identity and drive improvements with Automation and Security in mind.
• Awareness of Security principals for End User Computing; Multi-Factor Authentication, Zero Trust, DLP, End Point Security etc.
• Create technical documentation and all relevant hand over documentation including technical design documents and operational runbooks.
• Develop strong working relationship with peers across other vertical teams, stake holders and help position a secure EUC / Desktop Virtualization eco-system.
• Ensure that the services we deliver are technically architected to meet or exceed business expectations.
• Proficient level of knowledge and a natural interest on the technology landscape of the future, tracking industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture and Employee Digital Experience needs.
• Establish / enhance current solutioning Shift Left approach to enhance high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reliability starting from conceptualization or design phase.
• Support various localization initiatives including any new Mergers & Acquisitions relating to Desktop Virtualization and ensure these business requirements are turned into technical solutions, implemented, and proactively managed.
• Support the Organizations strategy for the Next Generation Digital Workspace.

• Ability to build professional relationships stay positive, authentic and an innovative thinker.
• Advanced level of Large-scale enterprise Citrix CVAD & Citrix Cloud, both on-prem and Cloud-hosted, with migration to Cloud a key advantage.
• Strong knowledge with implementation, configuration & troubleshooting with expert hands-on experience of Citrix CVAD, Citrix Cloud, AWS & Azure coupled with Application Delivery (Application Layering or Streaming) & Profile Management technologies, FSLogix and Active Directory (Authentication, GPOs, OUs).
• Experience with use of Data Analytics, Automation Tooling, Graphics Acceleration, Application Lifecycle, Scripting.
• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate our vision and speak to roadmaps effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Always looks for potential solutions to solve challenges.
Desirable Knowledge / Experience
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated listening skills.
• Strong Knowledge and Hands on with AWS; VPC, FSx, AWS Data Sync
• Good Knowledge of Cloud Platforms specifically for Virtual Desktops; namely AWS or Azure
• Enterprise VPNs, SSL VPN and security access gateways (on-prem and Cloud based).
• Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring software such as Control Up, Liquidware Stratusphere UX, Lakeside Systrack, Login VSI
