Your Role and Responsibilities
We are IBM ZOS (Z Operating System), professional working on Z Enterprise Systems and we build the most secure systems for our Banking and Enterprise customers to deploy their mission critical applications. Also, We provide atmost security and Data management on Z systems. The mission critical applications run on zOS and all the data menagement is taken care by a product called DFSMS (Data Facility Storage Management Subsystem). We Build the world most secure system via Z systems which helps customers to deploy their application, also provide aplatform to deploy Private Cloud, Stand alone systems hosting mission critical application, also to defend againstthreats like Cyber Threats, etc and making the enablement experience quicker and easier.

• You’ll work in a collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code and test
• innovative applications for automation of test on large systems.
• You’ll employ IBM’s Design Thinking to create products that provide a great user experience
• along with high performance, security, quality, and stability.
• You’ll create and execute test plans and test cases that are clean, well-documented, and easy to
• use and incorporate real world use cases.
• You will verify the design and implementation of large-scale systems that enable continuous
• delivery. Hands on Architect• Architecture & Design of Features related to IBM Z Security, Cryptography Inventory.• Develop & Design Security Patch Insights, Sensitive Data Tagging capabilities with a Simple & effectivedashboard.• Modernize User interface for a simplified and unified customer experience.”

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A minimum of 10 + years of experience in C Programming with UNIX/Linux environments
• Strong skills in developing code in C Programming with deep knowledge of UNIX/Linux required
• Working experience with UNIX shells, shell script programming, and UNIX utilities required
• Working experience with Open Source technology is required
• Working knowledge of SSH, SFTP, certificates, password/passphrase authentication, Unicode standard
• Strong debugging skils and able to quickly root cause issues, experience in performing code reviews
• Familiarity with test tools
• Experience with Security development tools and processes.
• Software development experience in an Agile environment
• Experience with DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. teaming), with strong verbal and written communication skills and leading a team of developers
• Collaboration across disciplines and teams, able to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize a busy workload.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• zOS architecture
• Familiar with z/OS and z/VM
• Familiarity with Assembler, PL/X, XML processing, Golang, containers, Kubernetes orchestration is a plus
• Dump reading using Interactive Problem Control System (IPCS). Ability to interpret logs and dumps
