The Position
As Senior System Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:


  • Operate and maintain Q-Case and FlexNet ssystems and continuously improve support and operations processes.
  • Oversee team activities with defining Program Increment objectives (PI) objectives, managing features, planning, prioritizing stories, and backlog refinement along with deliverables within schedules, scope, and quality.
  • Represent systems in audits, inspections and assist the ServiceNow platform manager.
  • Manage expectations of Line of Business, customers, and users according to SLAs.
  • Assist the system owner in budget management with the ServiceNow platform manager and ensure system compliance and approve related documents.

Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of IT or pharmaceutical experience with relevant 5+ years of system management experience.
  • Good experience of ITIL with change management, configuration management, release management, incident & problem management.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and vendor management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in managing the maintenance and development of IT systems and/or services.
  • Knowledge of user training and support.

About the department
Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 1000+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of Enterprise Platforms COE India is to manage Enterprise Platforms, which includes system management, project management, process management, and vendor management. The Enterprise Platforms department is an integral part of DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support, and maintenance processes for Enterprise platforms across all regions in Novo Nordisk.
