For our Onshore Execution Digital Product Development team, we are seeking an experienced Senior System Architect with 18+ years of expertise in system architecture, software development, and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable, robust, and secure systems aligned with business goals while fostering SAFe principles across teams.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale, complex software systems following SAFe principles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, and development teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Define, maintain, and communicate the architectural vision and roadmap across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Guide teams through architectural decisions, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Identify and address technical risks and architectural challenges proactively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture practices, including automation, DevOps integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach development teams on SAFe principles, architectural patterns, and industry trends.
  • Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning and collaborate on defining system architecture needs.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 18+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe principles and Agile frameworks.
  • Certified SAFe Architect (SA) or similar SAFe certifications.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferably Azure, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of security practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and secure coding standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Extensive experience with application development using C#, Python, and Azure.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe collaboration tools.
