For our Onshore Execution Digital Product Development team, we are seeking an experienced Senior System Architect with 18+ years of expertise in system architecture, software development, and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable, robust, and secure systems aligned with business goals while fostering SAFe principles across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale, complex software systems following SAFe principles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, and development teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Define, maintain, and communicate the architectural vision and roadmap across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Guide teams through architectural decisions, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Identify and address technical risks and architectural challenges proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement in architecture practices, including automation, DevOps integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Mentor and coach development teams on SAFe principles, architectural patterns, and industry trends.
- Participate in PI (Program Increment) planning and collaborate on defining system architecture needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 18+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of SAFe principles and Agile frameworks.
- Certified SAFe Architect (SA) or similar SAFe certifications.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferably Azure, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of security practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and secure coding standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Extensive experience with application development using C#, Python, and Azure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe collaboration tools.
