At the heart of Savanta is our brilliantly talented Research Operations team, where we currently have an opening for a Survey Programmer or Senior Survey Programmer with existing experience and technical ability to join our New Delhi or Mumbai locations. The Role As Survey Programmer, you will be the expert in delivering projects to exacting client specifications, timeframes and within Savanta's quality standards. The role requires a well-organised and detail-orientated individual who can comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. Day-to-day your responsibilities will extend to:
Programming complex online questionnaires based on material provided by clients (this includes survey scripting, managing languages and reporting);
Working collaboratively with Project Managers to deliver projects that meet client's needs within prescribed timeframes;
Adhering to 'Right First Time' policy for quality control and accuracy; always striving for perfection and best practice;
Simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality controls are upheld;
Working independently on projects when required and collaborating as a strong team member;
Assisting other Programmers when workloads require and embracing Savanta's brand values.

In addition to these qualities, our ideal Survey Programmer will have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Confirmit or Decipher programming;
Qualtrics experience is an added advantage
Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery + advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS;
Must be ready to work on internal tools if required;
Proven ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects for on-time delivery;
Advanced English language communication skills - both verbal and written;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with people at different levels in various locations globally (clients and colleagues, junior and senior, technical and non-technical;
Ability to adapt and remain focused in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing business;
Ability to commit to occasional extended work hours when required to reach goals;
Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical problem-solving mindset;
Education to Degree level in Computer Science or a related field.
