Senior Staff Engineer (Cloud Architect)

As a Cloud Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, planning, and managing an organization’s cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience - 8+ Years
• Cloud Architecture: Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
• Networking Concepts: Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP.
• Knowledge of encryption, access controls, and identity management.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Ability to align cloud strategies with organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough analysis of the existing infrastructure and business requirements.
• Design scalable solutions using services like auto-scaling, serverless computing, and distributed databases.
• Ensure reliability, resilience, and high availability.
• Evaluate offerings from cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Choose services such as compute instances, storage options, databases, and networking components.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain cloud-based applications.
• Optimize performance and adhere to industry standards and regulations.

• Understanding of compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
