LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience: 8+ Years
  • Must have strong domain background in Retail / CPG (Consumer Product goods)
  • Should have good knowledge of IoT, Data Analytics, Agile, Cloud, ERP, BI, Mobile
  • Experience with end-to-end management of small as well as large bids for the IT services/product industry (preferably in IT services industry)
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Delivery, Resource Management, Technology COEs, Sales, HR, Legal, and others
  • Experience working across, or willingness to learn and work across, multiple verticals, multiple technologies, and multiple geographies
  • Experience creating new/original collateral for a dynamic, growing organization
  • Experience moderating bid discussions with clients
  • Experience of working with global clients and globally distributed teams if highly desirable
  • A passion to take complete ownership of the bid with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong planning skills and a commitment to meet deliverable timelines
  • A consultative mindset to look at the “big picture” by identifying the client’s pain areas/business problems and come out with multiple solution options
  • Ability to do required due diligence/research on client/industry/competition and thinking “out-of-the-box”
  • Ability to articulate value proposition and differentiation for every opportunity
  • Conversant with the recent technology trends including new-age technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for supporting in identifying opportunities and closing small to medium sized deals in different geographies.
  • Responsible for generating leads, upselling and solution based selling RFP Management / Bid Management:
  • Managing the entire bid process by preparing, pitching, and presenting the proposals to the customers
  • Collaboration with SMEs for their inputs and following a consulting approach for specific product offering based on customer and market demand
  • Integrating the response and ensures that response gets submitted as per timeline and customer requirement ensuring high margins
  • Responsible for demonstrations of the product (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, HRSD) both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers Scoping and delivering Proof of concept (POC) and Proof of value (POV) engagements to prospects
  • Assists the Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans Contract and Compliance Management:
  • work with multiple internal teams to facilitate closure of NDA, SOW, and MSA etc.
  • Commercial Architecting / Estimation: working in collaboration with Solution Architects following a strategic approach, to ensure pricing is completed as per Bid plan and reviews are done with senior management
  • Worked and collaborated with multiple stakeholders from Delivery, Domain, Solution Consultants, Marketing and Demand generation team for providing valuable inputs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
