Job Profile:Becomes proficient at Developer Advocacy by being in the role, creating content, answering questions, and performing other advocacy activities led by team members.Responsibility:Support Beacon programme implementation during this transformation from a Risk and Controls perspectiveEnable the Finance Engineering function during Beacon implementation to understand and respond to regulatory, audit, and 2nd line requirements in a timely and effective mannerCollaborate closely with the BISO and Security architects to understand security programmes and initiatives, coordinating the response of Finance Engineering teams.Responsible for scope management, tracking and monitoring of in-flight remediations from a Security and Controls perspectivePlan and conduct risk and controls assessments to anticipate and address upcoming requirements, supporting effective risk management within Finance Engineering.Integrate Risk Management into existing Finance Engineering processes, ensuring seamless operationalization.Contribute data to performance and risk metrics embedded in existing reporting mechanisms for leadership teams, Executive Risk Committees, and the board.Conduct assurance testing on audit and self-identified issues, ensuring remediation is complete, fully evidenced, and addresses the issues raised.Participate in new product onboarding activity, enabling Security and Technology risk / control reviewsQualifications & Experience:Degree or equivalent and / or relevant professional qualificationDemonstrable programming experience and online community profileCreative, empathetic, and communicative and comfortable presenting to different types of audiences.OtherLSEG champions a culture committed to the growth of individuals through continuous learning, mentoring and career growth opportunities.LSEG nurtures a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences.
