We are seeking a talented individual to join our Implementation Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


Senior Specialist – Implementation Services (Digital Solution)


We will count on you to:


Process Management:


  • Develop self to have a good understanding of the process
  • Undertake processing tasks within the various operational framework basis the training provided
  • Review technical specifications from clients and helps transform into digital solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Display analytical ability and reviews large sets of data and identifies issues
  • Delivery on performance as per company standards and continuous rigor on improving business performance
  • Perform interface testing to ensure the functional executions of the requirements are technically correct.
  • Helps communicate changes and processes to client executives and change management team
  • Review operational and quality failures, conduct root cause analysis & monitor plan to ensure success
  • Use and optimise technology to eradicate routine manual work where possible
  • Engage with all relevant stakeholders across geographies as and when required to meet client requirement

Risk & Compliance:


  • Ensure adherence to Compliance and operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators
  • Have working knowledge of the core product principles and regulations that govern the products
  • Ensure that all statutory and company regulations are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company
  • People Management:
  • Identify and support bottom quartile colleagues with Performance Improvement Plan
  • Embed continuous improvement culture by motivating & influencing teams to drive process improvement
  • Monitor team’s performance in conjunction with Team Manager and build their competence level

What you need to have: 


  • Process knowledge of broking business and insurance terminologies, CII certified preferable
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks during peak volume periods
  • Collaborative mindset across levels and teams
  • Excellent command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
  • Decision making and Problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good relationship skills, Proven ability to work on functional initiatives 
  • Graduate
  • 2-3 years of experience in the insurance broking sector
  • Proven experience to deal with Onshore stakeholders
  • Proven experience displaying analytical ability
