Role Overview:
Mastercard is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team as part of the Global Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in leveraging Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe Launch/Adobe Data Collection, and report building in Adobe Analytics along with BI and Visualisation tools. Additionally, familiarity with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is highly desirable. The candidate should also possess a strong foundation in Web architecture, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and jQuery.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and analyse digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and user behaviour to drive actionable insights.
• Implement and manage tags using Adobe’s Tag Manager (Launch) for various digital platforms and properties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement tagging strategies to capture relevant data points.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics to monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to aggregate and unify customer data for enhanced personalization and targeting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and data collection methodologies.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on analytics tools and platforms.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager, and Adobe Launch.
• Proficiency in building reports and visualizations in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a strong plus.
• Develop and implement Custom Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions to analyse customer behaviour and optimize user journeys.
• Solid understanding of Web architecture, HTML, JavaScript, JSON and jQuery for tag implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in data analysis & BI tools and techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
