Job Description

Sr. Software Test Engineers are experienced professionals that create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.  They have in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise in software testing. Sr. Software Test Engineers are creative problem solvers and are involved in continuously driving improvements across the software development life cycle as well as ensure best practices are utilized.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet designated release plans and delivery commitments.

About the role:


  • Tests software systems and/or applications for enhancements and new products
  • Creates and executes comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality
  • Collaborates with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues
  • Develops and maintains automated tests using C# with Selenium
  • Participates in design and code reviews and provides feedback on testing aspects
  • Improves testing processes and methodologies by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Documents and demonstrates testing solutions by developing documentation, test plans, and test cases

About you:


  • Possess bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science with 3+ years of related experience, including experience testing a complex, technical application.
  • Specialized in .Net, C#
  • Experience with the software tools and techniques used in automated testing or other process automation (e.g., Selenium).
  • Good understanding of DevOps and Agile development methodology
  • Good communication, problem solving, trouble shooting skills.  Good experience with release management and incident management processes.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences including software development teams, project managers, business partners and end-users.
  • Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines in uncertain environments and delivering high quality results.
  • Basic understanding of layers that comprise application architectures.
  • Experience working with global teams and flexible with time zone. This role requires to design, develop and deliver robust and scalable software solutions
