Your role:

• Hands-on experience in software design and development with at least 8 years in Oracle, C#/.NET with windows and Multi-Threading
• Has experience designing and developing MS-SQL/ Oracle database applications(Database Schema design, writing Stored Procedures, Functions, views and Triggers)
• Debugging and Performance Tuning on Oracle
• They also have experience debugging, testing, and fixing critical aspects of the application, and data modelling.
• Develops features in an agile approach
• Actively participates in agile ceremonies.
• Contributes towards continuous improvement of the team, software and processes
• Designs, codes, documents, tests (automated), maintains and deploys software
• Provides technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on end‐users, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and security
• Keeps abreast of technical knowledge
• Lead design and development of high quality, re-useable, high performance SW components
• Support scrum master/project management in estimation, planning and execution of the software components
• Ensure that performance / nonfunctional requirements are defined and addressed by teams
• Mentor the junior members of the team on technical aspects
• Serve as a driving force for SW functional excellence
• Knowledge of Python is added advantage

You're the right fit if:

• Around 9-14 years of experience in software development with at least 8 years in C#
• Experience in software design concepts, System Design, and design patterns
• Experience with Agile methodology, tools and practices.
• Proven working experience in global, multidiscipline environment

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
