We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, you'll be responsible for:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Qualification strategy in a Saas Environment aligned with the company's overall goals and Customer expectations.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and engineers, fostering a culture of, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, SRE and customer support, to ensure Quality is integrated seamlessly throughout the product life cycle
• Establish and enforce processes and standards that adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly validate the functionality, scale, stability, performance, and security of our products
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to identify and address potential product quality issues
• Drive the implementation and expansion of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
• Champion the adoption of continuous integration (CI) practices to facilitate rapid and reliable product releases
• Define and track key quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our automated quality test efforts
• Prepare and present regular quality status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats to inspire creativity in processes and methodologies
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team

• Proven experience (4+ years) in a management role (Networking or Security industry - Added advantage)
• Extensive knowledge of Automated test methodologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong problem-solving and Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions abilities

• Good knowledge of Cloud platforms (ex: Azure, AWS), Networking, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent military experience required
