This position is part of the Automation Team, located in IDC, Bangalore, and will be onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to enhance global healthcare through reliable, fast, and straightforward patient diagnostics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the design and development of secure, robust software architectures for assigned products and subsystems, ensuring their integrity, stability, and scalability.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews, as well as all Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, technical leaders, and executives across time zones to communicate project status, resolve issues, and drive projects to closure.
• Work in a collaborative environment, effectively managing time to work across time zones with our Digital Experience & Automations team while maintaining the highest standards of collaboration and communication.
• Investigate software and system issues using various techniques and provide innovative solutions.

The essential requirements for the job include:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in designing and developing software products. with strong programming fundamentals, particularly in .NET/C# and object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD).
• Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, etc.
• A solid understanding and hands-on experience with database technologies like SQL Server.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps (ADO) & Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with messaging systems using MSMQ, service-oriented architecture (SOA) using REST, SOAP RPC, HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, and gRPC protocols.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements: 10% of the time.
