About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development to join our team. This position entails leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in modern full-stack technologies, especially in backend development with Java/J2EE and Spring, along with frontend skills in frameworks like Angular and React. Furthermore, experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using Java/J2EE, Spring , JPA, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular and React.
Develop and maintain high-quality code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Manage and optimize interactions with RDBMS.
Cloud and Infrastructure:
Design and deploy cloud-native applications on leading platforms
Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performing engineering culture.
CI/CD and DevOps:
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices to improve development efficiency.
Agile Methodologies:
Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Adapt and contribute to iterative delivery cycles to ensure rapid and quality-focused releases.
Performance Engineering (Good to Have):
Utilize performance testing and monitoring tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Collaborate on capacity planning and system optimization efforts.
Must-Have Skills:
Backend Technologies: Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring , JPA, and RDBMS.
Frontend Technologies: Hands on with Angular or React.
Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
CI/CD: Expertise with tools like Jenkins and related DevOps practices.
Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of agile software development practices.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Expertise in performance engineering, including the use of related tools like JMeter, Dynatrace.
Shape
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with significant exposure to full-stack technologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
