These models help organizations understand and improve their processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Software AG is seeking a highly skilled and innovative R&D Engineer to join our ARIS Business Unit in India. This role is pivotal in advancing the capabilities of the ARIS BPM suite, ensuring that it continues to lead the market in process management, analysis, optimization, and automation. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for driving the design, development, and enhancement of ARIS features, working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support. This role demands passion for innovation, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
Essential Functions:- Collaborate within a dynamic team to design, develop, and implement features for next-generation enterprise applications.
- Play a key role in understanding requirements, crafting robust designs, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Core Technologies: Expertise in Java, with practical experience using the Spring Boot framework.
- Cloud Technologies: Deep understanding of cloud environments, including Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience deploying applications on platforms like AWS and Azure.
- UI Development: Proven experience in creating modular UI components with React JS.
- Database Management: Proficiency in relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, and MSSQL, as well as document stores like Elasticsearch.
- Testing: Extensive experience in writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
Minimum requirements: - 3 to 6 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field) or MCA.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and their real-world applications.
