More than 9 years of hands-on experience


  • Support end to end performance testing for projects independently, using Agile methodologies
  • Assist in the development of estimates, resource requirements, and coordinate between teams at multiple locations to ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Review business use cases, user stories, and other functional and non-functional requirements to identify key performance indicators
  • Review design documents, infrastructure implementations, and code to identify potential performance bottlenecks and defects
  • Prepare load simulators, monitoring tools, and other automation to sustainably test the products against specifications.
  • Develop custom tools and load simulators and integrate them with approved frameworks like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira.
  • Understand and Derive the Non-Functional Requirements based on Production Statistics and Business Requirements
  • Able to Create a Test Plan & Test Execution Strategy
  • Need to involve in all phases of the Performance testing like Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Reporting etc
  • Strong Knowledge on JMETER and should be able to develop custom scripts using Groovy or Java
  • Performance test execution through Azure CI/CD pipeline
  • Knowledge on AWS/AZURE is preferrable
  • Strong Knowledge on API and UI Scripting and Testing is required
  • Need to have Good Communication Skills and should be able to explain test results to the Stake Holders
  • Should be able to Identify/create test data
  • Participate in defect tracking and reporting.
  • Build, publish, and support reusable components to automate repeatable, manual activities.
