As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join an autonomous team, owning a specific problem space and working closely with engineers and product managers to tackle complex challenges. You’ll design, build, and optimize scalable backend solutions, ensuring they align with business goals. Your role includes coding, contributing to architecture and deployment, and applying best practices for performance and maintainability. You'll have the opportunity to propose features, influence the product roadmap, and drive continuous improvement, all while making a direct impact on the product’s success

About the role: 

• Design, develop, test, deploy and improve code that solves real-world problems
• Own complex product features end to end - with a focus on customer impact
• Use the latest generative AI coding tools including ChatGPT and Github Copilot
• Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables
• Operate with autonomy in solving problems
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver new products
• Create fast, scalable and easy-to-use applications
• Build libraries and frameworks that others can use
• Take responsibility for system health, monitoring and alerting, and CI/CD pipelines
• Support and mentor other engineers on best practices, architecture, and quality
