About our Team
 

Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.

About the Role
 

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Your expertise will drive the implementation of best practices, automation, and monitoring to maintain high availability and minimize downtime. Join us in optimizing our infrastructure for seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Be able to manage, create and run terraform pipelines.
• Probably have the certified Kubernetes Administrator exam completed or at least finished that course .
• Be able to write Github Pipelines Have knowledge or willing to learn Puppet for any existing Infrastructure.
• Communication with Core SRE for all existing Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud will be useful since APIGEE X is on Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of AWS Services will be useful since our APIs and existing infra is deployed into EKS, and we use S3 and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Logging and Monitoring Platforms such as ELK/Loki to help build and maintain Grafana Dashboards for API Products and Background Services

Requirements

• Have 5+ Years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, with a focus on containerization and orchestration.
• Experience in APIGEE X, K8s Cluster setup, AWS Infra setup, a lot of Networking would be needed here.
• Experience in Grafana Dashboards for Products deployed to the existing ICIS K8s clusters (CHA, CHP EKS Clusters) – Which run product deployments.
• Helping build CICD Pipelines for the existing Products and Migrations from Gitlab to Github.
• Helping build CICD Pipelines for APIGEE X
