Senior Service Engineer, Automation Systems

As we are looking for “Senior Service Engineer” to be based at out site Bhadrachlam, in AP

In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve our customers from Pulp and Paper Industries, providing planned maintenance, diagnostics, and relevant services, with a focus on QMS and Valmet DNA DCS in Pulp and paper, Power Plant industries.

The successful candidate enjoys working independently to deliver service activities, as well as more demanding upgrades and extensions.

• -Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key accounts within the pulp and paper sector across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
• Deliver expert technical support and servicing for PPS automation systems.
• Generate service and sales opportunities by identifying client needs.
• Oversee service agreements and confirm the provision of services as per client agreements.
• Execute routine site visits for system checks, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Provide customer training and support for the optimal use of automation systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological progressions in pulp and paper automation.
• Compile comprehensive reports on client account status, service operations, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the engineering division to resolve intricate technical challenges and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all on-site engagements.
• Oversee all PPS service agreements.
• Serve as a high-level specialist in QMS and Valmet DNA technology.
• Provide service sales support for QMS and Valmet DNA cases.
• Manage the installation base of QMS and Valmet DNA systems.
• cybersecurity implementations.
• Train new engineers and develop QMS and Valmet DNA skills within the team.
• Conduct lean training sessions to enhance team efficiency and knowledge.

• Responsible for System engineering on service project including Installation and commissioning, startup, tuning, setups, diagnostics, advance process optimization solutions etc.
• Perform Annual Service agreement implementation and execution on Valmet System installed base and define proactive improvements documenting the Lead for future service requirement
• Responsible for Demand / On call Services and implementation and document, agree, monitor, measure and report all services provided to the client
• Deliver customer training & Onsite troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Creation and follow-up of customer dissatisfaction cases, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
• Assist achieving service sales targets, by generating service sales leads and add-on sales opportunities 
• Support stakeholders and sales-teams as a product expert
• Support projects outside of the country, if needed
• Spare parts testing , prepare the test report and follow up delivery process
• Ensuring a permanent customer satisfaction and support, strong customer-centric ethic
• Support operations team and participate in projects when required
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor
