What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a knowledgeable, detail-orientated, data-obsessed, and imaginative SEO expert to join our team and help scale our organic efforts to lead us to exponential growth. Do we have your attention? Good.
The successful candidate (maybe you!) will be part of a small but mighty marketing leadership team. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right candidate to help build and own a best-in-class organic acquisition channel that delivers meaningful commercial impact to the business.

Responsibilities


  • We are growing rapidly, and you will play a key role in ensuring we hit our growth and efficiency targets by working within a critical function – SEO.
  • You’ll work hands-on with our SEO Manager and be responsible for the scaling and optimization of our visibility and search-ability, online
  • Co-own and execute our SEO strategy to achieve aggressive goals & targets to turn marketing into a revenue-driving growth force.
  • Plan, build, manage, analyze, and optimize our SEO initiatives to deliver maximum impact.
  • Help manage our SEO third-party agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Build sophisticated strategies that make it easier for qualified buyers to discover Insider and convert.
  • Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
  • Co-own the technical SEO roadmap with the Development team.
  • Proof content for blogs, websites, and social media for effective SEO keywords
  • Prepare executive-level reports and summaries for the Senior Leadership Team

Requirements


  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO. Experience in technology or software/SaaS industry is highly preferred
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a big plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Expert at working with platforms, including SEMRush, Google Analytics and Screaming Frog
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software is a plus, Salesforce CRM and Hubspot are preferred
  • Able to work with remote team members and multiple stakeholders across various departments and countries.
  • Experienced at working comfortably across all levels of an organization. We’re a pretty flat structure, so we need someone who can transition from working in painstaking detail within a platform - and also be able to provide executive-level reports, updates, and dashboards to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working within an international company, managing multiple regions is preferred. Our digital marketing function is small but mighty!
  • Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
  • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment as well as high emotional intelligence
  • Curious about emerging technologies and marketing trends.
