RESPONSIBILITIES

Solvingunique and complexproblemswithbroadimpact on the business.
Offerconceptual and innovativeapproaches to improvetheorganizational agility.
Use expert agileknowledge to guideteams to utilizetools and practicesfor software development.
Effectivelyleadthescrum team toachievehigherlevels of scrum maturity.
Guide, coach, and mentor more junior or aspiringScrumMasters.
Act as a trustedrepresentativeforthe team in committees, coordinatewith IT colleaguesfromotherteams, and are SPOC fortheproductowner and release manager or otherfunctionsfromthe business.
Deliverongoing training forthe team, productowners, developers, and testers to consolidate and supportthefuturedevelopment of agilemethods in theorganization.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Minimum 4years of ScrumMasterexperienceleadingsmall-mid-sizedagileteams
Minimum 5years of IT/SW deliveryexperienceworking in agileenvironment
Has identifiableimpact on resultsof the team and program or productlevels
Demonstrableexperience to applyScrumprinciples, practices, and theory of Scrum, Kanban, AgileDevelopment and Integration
Stronganalyticalskills to graspcomplexities and identifyrelationshipsbetweenproblems, risks, issues, and solutions; ability to workwith a team to reach a consensus
Solid Team and Organizationalcoachingexperience to realizebenefitsarisingfromAgilePrinciples, self-management, empowerment, incrementaldeliveries, and inter-team cooperation
