The successful candidate will be responsible for refining our development workflows and elevating our Salesforce setup. This individual will take charge of overseeing our Copado ecosystem, orchestrating updates, and maintaining the harmony of our development channels. The position demands a distinct combination of technical acumen, practical Copado application skills, and a comprehensive grasp of Salesforce development methodologies. Your commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the Salesforce DevSecOps realm through ongoing research, experimentation, and implementation will empower our teams to excel through automation and self-service capabilities. You will be reporting to Manager, Sr. Manager, Application Engineering. You will be responsible for:


  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
  • Automation Development: Develop and enhance automation scripts and tools for efficient and reliable deployment of applications, minimizing manual intervention.
  • Salesforce Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of the applications/platforms.
  • Version Control and Release Management: Implement best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release management using Copado, Github, or other relevant tools to streamline development workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement and Monitoring: Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in Copado with expertise in deploying and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python, bash etc. and in version control systems (e.g., Git) and release management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions and to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in designing & setting-up the release management process with centralized governance.
  • Experience with IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) technologies like Terraform etc.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service & Experience Cloud and CPQ.
