Job Description: Salesforce Developer
Position:Senior Associate
Experience Required:5+ years (3-7 years specifically in Salesforce Development)
Location: Mumbai
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to implement end-to-end solutions and integrate with in-house platforms and infrastructure.
- Write clean, scalable code and deliver quality solutions in alignment with the architecture team's designs.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, acting as a go-to resource for problem resolution.
- Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs.
Technical Skills:
Primary Skills / Must-Have:
- 3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- In-depth knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), AURA, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Experience designing solutions leveraging out-of-the-box features, custom configurations, and coding on the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with DEVOPS processes using tools like FLOSUM, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
- Proficient with Salesforce Metadata API using ANT migration tool.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST and SOAP, as well as Workbench.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Ability to write clean, scalable code using Salesforce programming languages.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Wealth Management or a similar financial environment.
- Experience collaborating with Data teams to manage large volumes of data in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce suite of products for integration with other applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and software design patterns.
- Ability to test and deploy applications and systems across various teams.
- Experience in revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code to enhance existing software.
- Capability to develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and learn new technologies.
Experience:
- Total experience: 5+ years.
- Relevant experience in Salesforce development: 3-7 years.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with development leads and architecture teams for solution design.
- Write and review code to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions within Agile frameworks.
- Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve any issues swiftly.
- Document the development process, code changes, and system configurations.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
