Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about Salesforce administration and development, particularly with a focus on CPQ+ and Lightning Experience Components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions, as well as deep expertise in Salesforce Advanced Approvals. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce platform and supporting our business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ+ solutions to support our sales processes and drive efficiency.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ+ to meet the specific needs of our organization, including but not limited to pricing, quoting, and product configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Experience Components to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce Advanced Approvals to automate approval workflows and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ+ and related integrations, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
- Stay current on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our Salesforce platform.
- Mentor and coach junior Salesforce administrators and developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster team growth.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a focus on CPQ+ and Lightning Experience Components.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ+, including configuration, customization, and pricing methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Advanced Approvals, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience developing Lightning Experience Components using Aura and/or LWC.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
- Experience in the SaaS software industry is a plus.
