Job Summary:

We are currently hiring aMid-Level Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions within the global Salesforce platform as well as implementing test automation and supporting test management. They will work closely with business stakeholders and solution/technical architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in Salesforce QA, with a focus on testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Review design specifications to ensure understanding of the project.

·Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of the project.

·Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases.

·Develop, document, and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used.

·Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.

·Prepare functional, non-functional and User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases.

·Collaborate with Business, Partners, and Tech teams.

·Identify any potential quality issues and immediately report to the manager.

·Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of relevant salesforce QA technical experience.
• Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for Salesforce applications (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test Framework).
• Experience aligning QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint planning and execution.
• Background with end-to-end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including System Integration
• Experience testing the Salesforce platform is required.

·Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred.

·Understanding of Salesforce configuration, Reports and SOQL.

• Effective communication skills are required (oral and written)

·Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer1) are a plus.

·Knowledge of performance, security, latency testing
