Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognized by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional and country awards.


Principal Responsibilities


  • Build and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with GBcoverage team in the area
  • Accountable for Financial performance (EBV and expense targets) 
  • Account planning for all key GB accounts in the area with deliverables agreed with coverage team; quarterly review of progress against account plans 
  • Assume practice leadership as assigned (e.g. Sales process, Solutioning, marketing etc.) 
  • Execute governance process with the leadership of GB segment in the area 
  • Direct management of area GB Sales team – includes Coaching, performance and talent management 
  • Ensure compliance with GPS Sales procedures and practices 
  • On site leadership role to coordinate on behalf of INM GPS sales leadership and the regional leadership team

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • University degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in cash management sales
  • Strong knowledge of local / regional / global cash management products
  • Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services and in delivering customer solutions
  • Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate on a cross-regional and cross-functional basis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
